Same as the USA gives themselves the authority to capture foreigners, even if they are in other countries, take them prisoner and keep them permanently. That's because we are at war with Muslim Salafi Jihadists world wide, Mq. They don't wear uniforms or openly declare themselves. I would prefer that we put them in front of a firing squad after interrogating them, but we are too chicken-hearted to do it. Best method for disposal of the bodies of these bastards would be a herd of feral pigs. That way, they end up as pig meat. No 72 virgins for them!

They give themselves that authority. The USA gives itself an alternative to shooting the bastards on the battlefield, which to me is a big mistake unless it is clear they have intel value. I think the USA should forget about the alternative and just shoot them. The World 'roo Court harasses people, and the USA, for political purposes. It has a clear alternative: fuggedaboutit. I sincerely hope that the USA does not contribute finanncially to the 'roo Court.
