Of course, the rule of Dems and some Repubs is SPEND, SPEND, and then because there was no plan on how to pay for whatever it was, TAX....their answer to everything.

Pelosi says Bush has been a disaster. "Well Sistah....Better go look in the mirror yerself".......

Nice ladies aren't supposed to say FUBAR, and I usually don't....but Pelosi has been a FUBAR from the very start....She needs to go home, sit in the sun, and wait for her face to crumble from all the face lifts...

Speaking of flubs tho', I see that I sent one to you in my previous post....Somehow, the brain and fingers don't always get on the same page together....LOOSE and LOSE.... So thought I'd bring some levity to the situation...<ggg>

Losing Loosing
I can't believe I'm making a post about a pet peeve, but it's beyond crazy.

"Lose" and "loose" are NOT the same word! Dear internet gods please strike down all those who are saying awful things like "I'm loosing my mind". You can't "loose" your mind, but you can LOSE it. You can't "loose" weight either, but you can LOSE it. Anyway, I had not seen these two words confused until recently, but it seems the internet spreads bad English like wildfire. I've actually seen very educated people "correct" themselves and write it the WRONG way because they saw it spelled that way online somewhere! *headdesk* A comic strip even covered it:
