Just happened to check the Merrill Lynch telephone number for the settlement on this class action. The Judge ruled on the settlement June 1st, 2009-----30 to 45 days until distribution per their telephone number. 1-888-217-2225, select the number for Status-------after disbursement of expenses. IMO Class actions are a form of welfare for the class action lawyers-------naked shorts short the stocks, analysts downgrade and then the class actions get filed-----this is the general pattern. This class action was a bundling of many class actions into one with INFO being one of the largest in % ----about 20% of the proceeds.
