DTCC and Cede Co. big scheme imo. SEC running protection for them. hard to believe they dumped the uptick rule last year.

Frankly there is so much slime in the world today it is no wonder conspiracy theories are becoming more common. I don't know if the
"go ahead" comes from the DTCC or from elsewhere but they are involved.

I suspect there should be many lawsuits , except Government Agencies are hard to hold to account and how do you prove the injury through the Naked Short position? A difficult task.

One can only hope this temporary measure for the "19" is extended to the rest of the market. The stunning illogic of selectively suspending short sales is almost too much to bear though.
