(PS --- I also saw a news item today quoting the head of Kuwait's Sovereign Wealth Fund, talking about what they planned to do with those hundreds of Billions of PetroDollars that they have piling up in the bank because of the US's addiction to oil imports. He was quoted as saying "No investments in Fannie or Freddie, or further investments in Treasuries"... and that "all they were looking at was Asian investments... especially China, India, and Japan.)
