If you're asking people that live in a democracy to pay for wide sweeping measures with their tax dollars everybody has an equal vote and say on the matter. I suggest starting a new society in the Congo with your educational level as the minimum requirement to be eligible to vote.

hey liarboy neolib, how does a phd in basket weaving know anything technical about anything. all you post are lies and personal attacks. Being a science and engineering ignoramus you have no idea what anyone who is truly knowledgeable and honest is biased to in political or scientific views. The fact a person holds only a phd in basket weaving does not demonstrate they are science and engineering ignoramus.
