Dirt cheap labor, that's why. The employer makes his profit, then moves on...leaving the immigrants dependent on welfare services. The next generation can't find employment so has plenty of time to plan terrorist acts against the host country. All due to weak immigration laws that permit the immigrant's first employer to dump responsibility on the nation's taxpayers.
