Cloudbreak Resources grants one million 16-cent options 2005-02-23 13:29 ET - Options Proposed Shares issued 4,313,519 CDB Close 2005-02-22 C$ 0.16 Mr. Mitchell Adam reports Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. has granted one million incentive stock options at an exercise price of 16 cents per share until Feb. 22, 2010, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
