Not sure that's been sorted out, I'll continue following the story.

Lake Las Vegas seemed like an albatross to me from the git-go.

The one thing sustaining it is that the Ritz-Carlton is there. I think they made a bad choice because it's really off the beaten path, and if yer there it's quite a ways off the strip.
They had housing developments, a golf course or two, a giant man-made lake and the Ritz with a Casino, 15 miles outta town, hell, it's 3 miles outside of Henderson fer Chrissake!Not like tourists can walk down the street to Caesars' to catch Celine Dion or have dinner at Renoir. And Vegas in general is hurting bad right now.....
