Good analysis, Ed. Loeb gave Gaines and Damson no time to counter the acquisition of the notes through the quick conversion. Loeb has really aided us common holders with his strategy and tactics. Gaines and Damson are profiting handsomely for assembling the two properties, the management team and for bringing Jefferies in as banker, so I have no sympathy for their plight as they are pushed out.

Ed,
You were correct about the drop in BOGA's price below .60 but the lack of volume says it isn't from ousted members dumping their shares. Most everyone holding, I guess.
