Canadians are currently fighting hate speech laws aggressively pursued by their Muslim immigrants. It has already infringed on their basic human right to free speech.

Our bill of rights is a barrier there, but it only takes enough correct sensitive understanding justices to find the constitution doesn't mean exactly what it says.
