I absolutely hate trading during this part of the market cycle.

I dread putting on my "long" hat and trying to see the world through bullish eyes,

Yet taking a contrarian position can be hazardous to one's portfolio,
as the permabulls emerge from hiding to proclaim yet another bottom.

As they say: "better to trade with discipline rather than from conviction" - or something like that
