It's the "signed document" part that has kept the Fax alive.

The signed computer document is just as legal as a signed faxed document. IMO it's just because its faster.

It's the "signed document" part that has kept the Fax alive. Whenever they figure out a "digital signature" and get it past all the legal hurdles, the Fax will die.

You can scan a signed document and then email it. However, I don't have a scanner and I really can't afford one right now.
