The one that allows in more radiation in will become hotter, without a doubt.


Err...yes, that is what we call the greenhouse effect. I suppose however I should point out that both actually radiate identical amounts of energy once they reach equilibrium temperature, but they do have different temperatures, and hence difference radiation spectrums. That is the real greenhouse effect. Stripped of confusion.
