dear liarboy neolib, if you are too lazy or stupid to define time frames explicitly or by example, then you define all times frames. liarboy chooses whatever facts is wishes whenever it wishes to assign the most stupid and dishonest interpretation on what other are saying. dear liarboy neolib you do not understand squat about any science or engineering laws rules process or applications. It is in the physics, there is no radiative forcing. There is no work required to dropping the lower end as the models are toys. You cannot predict the future lottery numbers based upon the past numbers that have occurred. And 2008 is just the year that ends the decade of non global warming.
