How we'll do away with the carbon-based generating capacity? I have to persuade generators to retire their carbon generating plants.

Regulatory environment dictated by Public Utilities Commissions, recipe for disaster! I have seen what the results were of Telecom Act of 1996.

If Gore was not concocting a scheme to make money. It could be done simply by new capacity be non-carbon. Thus phasing out the carbon-based

--Forbidding new coal fired

--Followed no more gas fired

--Opening any river for dams and hydropower

Easing the approval for new nuclear.

That could kick in Canada to change their regulatory environment, build more carbon-free capacity and export to the US
