Dear liarboy neolib your stupidity and lies are proving you the idiot again. CO2 and H20 function in an identical manner for the energy they absorb and that is what is relavent for all green house gas theory and also it's their percentage in PPM times the energy available in their resonant wavelength. That is the relevant physical property that make CO2 a bit player.

It is the ratio multiplied by the energy available in their resonant wavelengths. And there is so much more h20 that probability dictates it has first shot hundreds of times over for every photon of the very few that resonate with CO2. There are very few photons for the few CO2 PPM.
