Very few attorneys could produce a copy of their application to the State Bar. I don't even remember making such an application.

It is unbelievable that Obama has not kept records of his work in the Illinois Senate. In Virginia, at minimum we get detailed records from our Congressman detailing their votes, their testimony and how they vote----often with justification for their vote. Any politician worth his or her salt in Virginia keeps records. Members of the Virginia General Assembly routinely do newsletters that addresse legislation they sponsor and issues of general interest. In fact, politicians records are often donated to local or state universities for their archives. In Virginia we value history-------seems Obama does not value history. Believe the writer of the list of things that need to be produced is missing a couple of items: 1. How did Obama stop using drugs - did he go to a rehab center-seek counseling-take a legal substitute-and is he clean now? What legal medications is he now on, if any? 2. Records are now kept on computer files - certainly Obama must have computer files from the state senate years and his work as a junior law clerk If not paper copy then release the computer files. 3. Has Obama released the names of his foreign advisors, the 300 members? Since they are advising him on foreign policy, I believe it is essential to know who is serving on that committee----the main names we know but who are the rest. As a citizen I want to know that those serving in an advisory capacity are legitimate and have been vetted by the FBI and the CIA if necessary.
