hello seeker, i am definitely staying away from investing in yet another bubble that could be fan/tan. my question regarding such was related to my work on behalf of rickly paying clients who in turn will do the bubbles, a whole different proposition altogether.

for me, speculation right now is comprised of cash, gold, platinum, silver, oil, coal, gas, sand, unleveraged and lowly-priced positive-carry real estate in fast improving neighborhoods of law-abiding but litigation-less hong kong where the short rate tags the usa long rate, economy is linked to all major economies and currency should and could re-peg at higher level relative to usd, and nothing else.
