"Winning"? Are you insane? Who won what? Against who? You fascist Bushie liars have really lost your minds. Iraq has been the biggest failure and most costly blunder in US history, at least right up there with Vietnam. The only parties who have "won" are Iranian extremists, Al Qaida and the Taliban in Afghanistan, oil companies, Halliburton, China, Russia and Venezuela. The US military is in tatters and we are a trillion bucks in debt because of Bushie lies and corruption. And what did we get for this trillion dollars? Well Saddam is gone, but Iranian extremists are much stronger and even more dangerous than Saddam was. So what did we get? NOTHING! In fact less than nothing. You call that a "win"? If so, you are F'ing insane. Just shut up with your rightwing spin propaganda. It stinks and nobody believes it. Nobody.
