Dear pearly plus one, I have no idea why you think only a Viscount would ask for all this.

The last sentence of the red disclaimer is obscene for a scientific body or society. The statement clearly convicts someone or many of stupidity both political and scientific. It is decorum beyond the pall. I would even call it malfeasance.

It also likely that the paper was not reviewed by any reasonable scientific standards. LOL, A show of hands review of all present.

I find it telling you make the statement, "Only a Viscount would ask for all this"

Do you have any concept of an American or English man of honor?

I find it hilarious. Clearly there is a group at APS with CO2 religion.

Having invited a debate, invited him to take part, its pretty shabby to try to discredit his submission. Lying about whether his paper was reviewed before publishing is even worse.
