Russell, once a year, but they changed how they do it, in the past year.

Dow Jones, only by use of a divisor, and adjusting the divisor for spinoffs and splits, additions and removals.

S&P 500, monthly, to account for latest changes in capitalization based on shares outstanding (accounting for issues and buybacks)
