If The Surge is a success then we can leave Iraq. Long ago, Bush said when the Iraqis can stand up, we can stand down. Well then -- what's been stopping him? I think we all know. Massive oil and corporate interests and war profiteering, at our expense, at US taxpayers expense, only for the good of the greedy Bushie elite.

The only difference between leaving Iraq before the surge and after the surge is the people killed in the mean time.
