This is what they should do - Ted Thompson is wrong and he will look pig headed and foolish if he decides Rodgers is the one who gives us the best chance to win.

I actually think Rodgers could be a good NFL QB. Under the circumstances I'm no longer sure that can happen in GB. He's replacing a legend, he shot off his mouth 3 weeks ago to SI and now that it looks like Favre has been pushed out the door (while he still has reasonably good skills) Rodgers job has just gotten a LOT harder. I would prefer to have Favre come back and to trade Rodgers but only if Favre will give us a commitment to play another 2-3 years with no drama after the season. I really believe Brett is one of those freaks of nature that can remain productive into his early 40's. He still has a great arm but the biggest thing is he's just never gotten hurt.....he's not beat up.
