If the USSC rules on abortion it will be to make it up to the States to decide and at least 30 states will allow it, if not more

It simply won't come up no matter who is in the majority. The only fiercely contested portion is that allowing for late term abortions and the killing of an extracted viable child.

It is the use of the pretense of having the last inch or so of the child within the canal that is so disgusting. They breath and they scream.
