Here is an instance of the Obama campaign lying about it. Obviously Obama wanted to speak there. They're trying to make it look as if he didn't.

Then, claiming this isn't a campaign rally, which is PRECISELY what it is. An opportunity for Obama to show Americans how much foreigners like him. Which right-thinking Americans ought to realize is the biggest reason to vote against him.
