Speakers must get a permit from city hall.....actually its called a Rathaus. The mayor controls who gets those permits. Understand? The man is arrogant and elitist. There is no other way of viewing it. There is, of course, another way to see it, but you being the petulant child that you are refuse to see it any other way. We get it.
