The belief that reporters are trying to help Barack Obama win the fall campaign has grown by five percentage points over the past month. The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey found that 49% of voters believe most reporters will try to help Obama with their coverage, up from 44% a month ago.

Imagine how different the answers would have been in 1968. The aid would have been there (if more discreet), but most people still believed in media neutrality when the media was Uncle Walter.

Not sure about the significance of the poll? Believing the press is trying to get The One elected president isn't going to make much difference imo.

Belief Growing That Reporters are Trying to Help Obama Win The NYT proved that is true today.

Hopefully, the NYT and their ilk will have that policy come back and bite them HARD in the ... err... ....bottom line.

Maybe their bottom line will go as low as the Congress polls do....
