No, we have tried to do it here without success. I am asking you since you made the statement that it could be done now. You have made a qualified statement without backing it up. Yes, they can require new engines etc but that in no way addresses the needs of the current trucks running on the roads. Let's get sensible here and discuss reality not fantasies or desires...that goes no where. If you know how we can run our trucks and heavy equipment in the cold of winter differently, please advise. I will send the info to Cummins and Detroit. We want change, now how do we do it?
