If the credit crunch gets alot worse you can kiss the whole markets goodbye there won't be much left to salvage in any stocks.

I should have said doctors suggestion. Here's the simplicity of it all. I apparently have nothing but type 2 and labile BP which of course spikes due to stress so I must go on BP pills which is fine as many take them. If I can control my sugars better with Erics help and control stress better I'll feel better and you know firsthand that I haven't been feeling great for a couple years. So its my decision and I hope I keep to it.
