To mirror Obama's speech means that you don't mention his mistakes and only comment on Obama's speech. I have heard of them rejecting op eds before, but not telling you how to rewrite them.

The NYT has STANDARDS Dave. It's the difference between an op-ed written by the editor of the Harvard Law Review and a guy who graduated at the bottom of his class at the Naval Academy.

Amazing that the McCain campaign would embarrass itself in this fashion........your boys are very disturbed.

Its going to be even more embarrassing if the NY Times sent Obama's piece back for a rewrite.
