I do not know exactly when they are announcing earnings, but will definately call the company on Monday to find out.

Should be October 27. I just bought shares after watching the
company for a couple of weeks. I am impressed with the number of
patents they hold, the customers they have and their focus on DVD. Held that Microsoft will be including Macrovision's copy protection
software into their upcoming products.

What are your thoughts?
