That's your view and we all know you have difficulties with reality.

Its very simple. McCain is not the incumbent although he does sound as confused as Bush. When he does get any attention, its usually because he's providing comical relief. So why give him any kind of spotlight that suggests legitimacy. Debating Obama would draw a lot of attention to McCain that he normally would never get. However, Obama draws the spotlight to him whether he's with McCain or not. So then, why should he do anything that benefits McCain? Understand?
