More weights and measures fun. NZ and Oz petrol prices are about the same then at US$6.30 per US gallon. So Americans shouldn't be grizzling too much at only $4 per gallon. Life would be so much simpler if barrels, gallons of various sizes, pints, quarts, fluid ounces etc were all changes to litres. And miles changed to metres/kilometres. etc... I wonder how many wars, disasters and how much simple economic inefficiency have resulted from weights and measures confusion, especially when combined with using different languages. Gung Ho, Mqurice
