Hi Marcos,

You're right about the non-participation of insiders. There's now a bulletin on the TSX file showing that the PP was to five participants, but it does not say who they are. I believe it would say so if they were insiders. (That's an average of 2M shares each). It does say there's a four-month hold period.(Do you want a link?)

For my part, I've stopped trying to understand the price action. In the current trading range there's a price at which I buy and a higher price at which I wouldn't buy. If/when that higher price is reached I'll reduce my holdings. In the meantime, I believe the risk of further decline (i.e.loss) is small. If there's little risk of loss, I trust volatility to provide profit opportunities..... (I'll pretend the intended several small profits are dividends).

Incidentally the other feature I watch is market depth. It sure appears as if the asks are declining, while the bids are growing. However the number of price points they publish is very small and therefore inconclusive.
