The other stuff is pretty much proven IMO. As I posted earlier, it will take the AHA, Nutritionists, and Dieticians 20 years to change their story. First off, they should be conservative about making new recommendations. Secondly, the "low fat" business is a a multi-Billion dollar business which spends millions in advertising with outfits like the AHA. My question now is: How do "trans-fats" fit into this picture? They are making them illegal in NYC.
