Through experimentation I have found what works best for me. I have too. Took me a really, really long time because it ran contrary to the AHA directives but I have it down now. What Dr. Davis says really resonates with me because it totally validates what I figured out through painful experimentation. But that doesn't mean that it would apply to everyone. Perhaps it will prove to have near universal applicability or perhaps it's valid for only a small segment of the population. Perhaps the problem with the guidance we've been getting over the last few decades is not that it's wrong but simply that it's not universal.
