I'm just not knowledgeable enough about the relative value of the major global markets to either challenge or accept that statement.

I guess they are cheap if an international investor were to time a <investment> at the dollar bottom. It appears that this has been a losing position for international investors for at least the last 6-7 years. Just ask our buddies in the middle east how that Citi funding is working out <g>

Looks to me that they have to support it or it is the abyss, and also a few more rounds for distribution are needed by the boyz.
