This is news to me..

Well, it was news to you that KSM is a terrorist. You aren't exactly well-informed on the subject.

In any case, the case against him was dropped.

Ayers escaped on a technicality. For that matter, OJ is still walking the streets; that doesn't mean he didn't bludgeon two people.

Because he tried to murder people, he's not sorry, and he won't rule out doing it again. People shouldn't be forgiven some things expecially when they're not the least bit repentent.

He escaped justice on a technicality. We all know he's guilty though - because he admits it. We can't do anything to him legally, but he ought to be shunned by decent society.

I woulnd't shake his hand.

It was a long time of go and now Ayers is a reformed and valued member of the Chicago community. Why do you have trouble accepting that fact?

Because he had a passing relationship with Obama, as did 10K other people in Chicago. And Ayres probably had a passing relationship with 100K people in Chicago, who never gave it a moments thought except to think "this guy has an interesting ancient history".

But the partisan wart hogs are snorting up a storm... they are in a panic to pin anything on Obama 'cause they are going to lose, big time. He's on their turf taking the sane Republicans and even some of the sensible Christian "right". They can feel themselves being marginalized by the minute...
