Case in point fresh today: pulp and paper Klabin

The executive added that there should be an increase of 7% in kraftliner paper prices in Europe from August on. In the domestic market, cardboard prices increased 8% in July. Klabin's net income fell 15.3% in the second quarter of 2008, down to R$175 million. (newsroom/cferreira - InvestNews)

Executive diretcor of Klabin said: price increased due to strong increasd]e on its inputs: fuel and LPG.

That means terms of trade don't deteriorate for ones allowing others and to fleece.
