Don't laugh. It would be worth it. I know a guy who has the fly in drill. Will go 500 feet. Gopher. 500 foot hole would cost us 15K plus mobe plus helo. AQ. Can move it with two six wheel track machines (Polaris). Two man crew. Mobe is about 7K. Helo is about 3500 in and 3500 out if needed. Might be able to get in by swamp buggy but it could take a few days. 30K. Ten guys get together and it is cheap. A hit and make easy 50K each on the stock. Take about 5-6 shifts to drill the hole. Trouble is overburden in that area, and gas blowout preventer. That is 'spensive. I don't know if that drill could handle 50 metres of overburden. Probably not. EC<:-}
