It's people like you and Dave that vote them into existence. I'm well aware of the more recent attempts by the right to disown fascism and hang it on the left. It's just poor revisionist history based on things like the name of the party Hitler and his thugs took over.

Fascism is only right wing in that it is highly nationalistic, and supports former capitalistic industries (till they get rolled into the government). However, it is actually a socialistic form of government. Free health care, nationalizing large industries and infrastructure. In fact that latter part is why the capitalist's are supported. They are used to help nationalize the industries in exchange for power and large fat salaries. Exactly. The Leftist attributes of Fascism outweigh the Rightest attributes by a very large margin. The Rightest attributes are almost entirely incidental, while the Leftest attributes are the core of fascism. Most Leftists who use the term have no idea what it means.
