Regardless of how you feel about FDR, my point has to do with the physical problems that Roosevelt had -----despite those he was able to be President and served for 12 years as President.

John McCain obviously has some physical problems because of his military service and having been imprisoned in Vietnam.

You described John McCain as pathetic and limping getting off of the plane in England. Even the most fit person getting off of a flight crossing the Atlantic can be stiff and walking with a limp.

I am suggesting that you consider your criticism of John Mc Cain in the same light that we have considered other President's such as FDRoosevelt who had physical problems due to polio.

Some of the brightest people I know and have known have had physical problems of some nature. These physical problems have not deterred them in their professions and some in politics.

How about yourself, do you ever limp a little?
