My favorite tech long continues to be ARST - ArcSight.
Small cap, great growth and numbers, large backlog of revenue.
IPO from past Feb (worst time they could come out).

I follow it closely and should $20 in my book.

Very underfollowed and thin though. Shares out of lockup 8/15.
