the point is now you know why Zillow has so many issues. On the other hand I can't see what alternative they have. They didn't include my buy of an REO, but if they did include REO transactions they would also have to include the bank buybacks of these properties as sales which are even more bogus than my buy.

Zillow is getting better around here though, lowering their estimates in the hard hit areas. The reason my house has so much higher zestimate is that it is not a hard hit area. But east san jose has zestimates that are about right.
