I disagree, but we'll never know what would have happened if we had opened up exploration of all energy sources. Our foreign suppliers of crude knows that democrats are blocking any efforts to get our own oil. Doesn't take a genius to see why they can get any price they want for their oil.

Bush dropped the price of oil 20 dollars a barrel with one press conference, I can oil prices drastically reduced with only an announcement to open production of banned areas, including shale oil and the tar sands.
