In every field there are those who propose the wrong theory or explamation of the meaning of the laws of physics. The BIO suggests Gilbert N. Plass got it all wrong. If Gilbert N. Plass got it correct there would be a CO2 heating signature and it ain't there.

Are the following true.
In the three narrow bands of CO2 absorption do only two have any energy content in the black body spectrums of Earth's radiation temperatures.

For the two remaining bands do H20 molecules have 20% to 50% of the ability of CO2 to absorb.

Common sense probability says in a space where H20 outnumbers CO2 at over a 100 to 1, virtually no energy of the total is absorbed by the CO2. And H20 absorbs all those other bands.

The H20 effect it easy to measure. One knows it from common experience. At best 1 part in 10,000 has no effect on the physics of the atmosphere greater than the parts percentage ability to absorb energy.
