You assume that Islamofascists will perceive defeat even if we defeat them. That's a bad assumption. For example, Israel beat Hizbulluh all up and down the map, but when Israel left, Hizbulluh declared victory. This people are crazy. There's no point in playing their game. The only point we should care about is peace and prosperity for the American people. That is best served by getting out of Iraq and securing our own borders and having an effective NSA and Homeland Security apparatus. It's very silly to spend hundreds of billions in Iraq in the hopes that that will lessen the chances of another terrorist attack in the US, when our borders are like swiss cheese. There is simply no logic to the neocon plans. You are defending the indefensible.
