I think your definition of disorder is a rather non-standard one.

As for "normal to risk pregnancy" well in the context of frequent contraceptive use it probably isn't normal (or at least using contraceptives is far from abnormal), if you mean normal referring to what people usually do. If "normal" means something close to "natural", well then it is normal to risk pregnancy. But "normal" or "natural" doesn't automatically equate with "a good idea" or "something that should be done". Plenty of natural things are in fact bad things and an unwanted pregnancy is one of those bad things.

Gee, not to be crass, but if insurance is going to make sure the man can get it up, then they ought to pay for the woman to keep the consequences out.
