But it IS allowed, whereas we are fighting a ridiculous battle to get medical marijuana approved for prescription at the federal level. It is ludicrous to have the feds raiding legit agencies who are growing for medical sales in states that have approved it. I agree with you completely on the scripting of relatively harmless drugs. Look how many originally Rx drugs have been taken from Rx status to OTC, no doubt because they were no longer as profitable once out of patent. It's about money.
